Check the restaurant name, red ZEN logo and 3F label
The building directory photo shows a red 善 ZEN logo, the words 黒毛和牛 善, and a 3F label. On your first visit, match all three with the restaurant named in your booking.
C.S.B and C.STAND are neighboring tenants shown in the photo. The sign “C.STAND OPEN 12:00–27:00” is not ZEN’s opening-hours sign.
What the interior photos show
The interior photos show a carpeted corridor alongside wooden partitions. Another view shows a black bench beside the corridor and wooden flooring near a table at the far end. These are visual references for the interior.
Ask the restaurant about the space you need for movement or luggage rather than judging passage widths or your assigned seating from the photographs.
Questions for a stroller or large suitcase
For example, if you plan to bring one stroller, explain whether you will fold it and whether you would like to keep it near your seat. For large suitcases, give the number and approximate size so your questions are specific.
- Confirm the route from the building entrance to the table for your booking.
- Ask whether the item can be taken to the seat and where it can be placed during the meal.
- If a companion needs help with movement, describe the relevant requirements and confirm the route.
An example of what to ask when booking
You could ask: “I will bring one stroller and would like to fold it and keep it near my seat. Could you confirm the route from the entrance to the table and a place for it?” This is a question to clarify your needs, not a guarantee of access or storage.
Use the name and 3F label to identify the restaurant, and clarify movement and luggage needs before booking. Keeping these checks separate helps you plan without assuming that a photograph confirms the conditions for your visit.
